Marketing/Studio Coordinator - Part Time: 10-20 hours a week depending on projects and work load. Work would largely be in the shop with some at home photo/video editing work possible.

This job is for someone who wants to do a a little bit of a lot of different things. This is a job for someone who has either just started, or wants to start a career in marketing. At Grease Point Workwear our strength is making high quality products in a fun, highly ethical, and sustainable way.

The stories . We need someone who can help us do that while we continue to focus on what we do best: making nice pants.

We work in a very casual environment. The shop is small and the team is small and consists of people who have worked here for a few years or more. We aim to create a work environment that people enjoy going to, and push each other to be productive while having a good time.

It’s most important to us to bring someone on who meshes well with the team.

It will involve:

1) creating email campaigns and social media posts regularly.

2) shooting and editing some photo and video

3) working to edit and update our website (Squarespace)

4) packing and shipping orders.

5) helping create and coordinate new marketing projects such as product videos, photo shoots, and shop events etc.

6) create and develop new marketing ideas

SKILLS
Some basic photo and/or video experience required.

Adobe Lightroom, Illustrator, and Premiere experience would be a plus.

A creative eye for visual aesthetics. Someone who can help make the website, email and social campaigns attractive.

Compensation will be hourly and dependent on experience. We are a small company who does what we can do compensate our employees in an economy with rapidly increasing costs, but in the interest of transparency - this is a part time position for someone who wants to learn a lot, have a lot of creative freedom and build their resume. This is not a senior designer position with competitive salaried pay.
