made-to-order items
SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY. On all of our made-to-order garments, we do not accept returns.
We only accept size exchanges and charge a 15% remaking fee + shipping for new item.This is because our products are made to order. Please take the time to use our measuring and sizing guide to determine your size and get a feel for the fit.

Unworn within 30 days of receipt: exchanges are only accepted for new items that have not been worn (besides being tried on), hemmed, or washed, and must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the garment.
Exchange authorization: If you would like to do a size exchange please email info@greasepointworkwear.com prior to sending your item back to receive a return authorization and a return shipping label.
IN STOCK ITEMS
Returns accepted minus $25 restocking fee. If an item is in stock it can be returned minus a $25 restocking fee.
Unworn within 30 days of receipt: returns are only accepted for NEW items that have not been worn (besides being tried on). Hemmed, washed, soaked, or altered garments are ineligible for return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the garment. Garments that have been washed, hemmed, soaked, altered, or are clearly worn or dirty will be returned to the customer and will not be issued a refund.
Return Shipping. Domestic orders will be provided a free return shipping label upon request. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
Return authorization: If you would like to initiate a return on an “in-stock” item, email info@greasepointworkwear.com prior to sending your item back to receive a return authorization and a return shipping label.
